Your Order Cancellation Rights

In the event, a sending problem is found, We shall reimburse You only in Credits. You do not buy the sending of the text message, rather you will be buying the Credits that will allow you to further send text messages in the form of sms/mms/email.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Credits. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
